Job Summary

Right at Home, a world wide leader in home care for 30 years, is looking to fill a full-time Community Marketing Liaison position for our Chesterfield and Richmond territories.

The Community Marketing Liaison is responsible to promote sales and create a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits. Duties to include, but are not limited to, help obtain referrals, increase census, build and maintain network and community relationships. Candidates are preferred to have home care marketing background with experience in securing strong relationships with Social Workers, Hospital Case Managers, Physician Groups, Nursing homes, Rehabilitation Centers and Senior Living Communities.

Essential Functions

· Sell and promote the agency services in the community

· Be highly knowledgeable in the agency service lines, fees and client base

· Propose services and institute contractual agreements with clients

· Communicate information on competitive strategies and market analysis to agency office staff

· Maintains an up to date competitive file, charge and pay rates

· Build sales within assigned area according to goals

· Pre-plan weekly sales activities including territory management

· Maintain written documentation in regards to all sales activity

· Participate in developing annual sales goals

· Coordinate sales activity with Regional Director and office staff to assure appropriate follow-up

· Maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness in daily activities

· Provide Regional Director with ideas and data which outlines new service opportunities and sales potential

· Protect all company records and property

· Participate in educational opportunities in health care

· Create and develop promotional materials as needed

· Represent agency at community functions and professional organizations\

Education/Skills/Abilities/Availability

· The Community Marketing Liaison shall be and individual who has (1) year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry

· Must be creative, self motivated and have a pleasant and helpful disposition

· Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment on the basis of sound management

· Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job

· Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile

Working Environment

· Works primarily out of the agency office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
